If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help. We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. 

Return

Time Frame : Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition : Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original  packaging & bill.

Quality inspection & Refund : Once your return product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality check. After the product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

So if you want to return the outfit, the amount will be refunded to you back. 

No return charges

Only one return is allowed per product.

Exchanges

Time frame : Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions : Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with bill.

Fee: A delivery fee ₹170 will be charged per product. Please share the payment screenshot via whatsapp on +91 8085654098 before pickup is schedule.

Quality inspection & dispatch : After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 2-3 working days. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.

Only one time exchnage is allowed per product.

Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your cart, return & exchange policy & shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.
