We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Return
Time Frame : Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
Condition : Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: Tote Bag & hang tags on garments.
Quality inspection & Refund : Once your return product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality check. After the product passes our quality check, your 100% refund amount will be processed to your original payment method in 5-6 business days.
Only one return is allowed per product.
Exchanges
Time frame : Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Conditions : Garments must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging & tags. Items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: Tote Bag & hang tags on garments.
Quality inspection & dispatch : After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 2-3 working days. If the requested size is unavailable, so our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
Only one time exchange is allowed per product.
No Exchange charges
Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your cart, return & exchange policy & shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.Also you can call us for size guide.
